I love Bar Rescue, so I couldn’t wait to read this book to see what Taffer had to offer.  This book offers very practical, “user friendly”, detail-oriented advice to the restaurant business especially for first-time entrepreneurs. Taffer address key issues in management and shares his unique perspective.  This is an absolute “must” for anyone new to the restaurant business, Raising the Bar is an extremely useful reference guide with much of value to offer even the more experienced restaurant manager.
